Payments & Registration Policy

Registration & Ticketing

Registration for the Ultimate Wellness™ Conference is processed exclusively through Eventbrite, a third-party ticketing and event management platform. All ticket purchases made via our website are redirected to Eventbrite for completion of registration and payment.

By registering for the event, you agree to Eventbrite’s terms and conditions in addition to the policies outlined on the Ultimate Wellness™ website.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Eventbrite using their payment infrastructure. Ultimate Wellness™ does not directly collect, store, or process payment information at this time.

Eventbrite accepts major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as made available on their platform.

Ticket Confirmation

Upon successful registration and payment, attendees will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite containing their ticket(s) and event details. It is the attendee’s responsibility to retain this confirmation for event entry.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated on the Eventbrite event page.

Ultimate Wellness™ does not issue refunds for tickets purchased through Eventbrite. Any exceptions or event changes will be handled in accordance with Eventbrite’s policies.

Event Changes

In the event of schedule changes, speaker changes, or other modifications, Ultimate Wellness™ reserves the right to make necessary adjustments without obligation to provide refunds.
