Dr. Hulsey’s journey began on the battlefield. As an Infantry Reconnaissance Sniper deployed during Operation Enduring Freedom, he endured multiple injuries that left him with chronic headaches, TMJ pain, tinnitus, and severe back pain. Traditional medicine offered little relief. But when he discovered advanced upper cervical chiropractic care and the EPIC protocol, everything changed.

His personal transformation inspired him to pursue formal training at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, graduating in 2022. Alongside Dr. Samantha Carney, who had her own long battle with migraines, he trained at EPIC Clinics in Clearwater.
