I attended the Ultimate Wellness Conference in 2025 and was impressed at the incredible mix of cutting edge technology, targeted supplementation and experiential practices that you don't find at a typical event. It moved from evidence based sessions covering integrative therapies like hormone replacement and peptide protocols to restorative experiences including a sound bath and qi gong- a rare combination that speaks to the whole person. The speaker lineup included a wide range of perspectives within the integrative health space. I highly recommend it for anyone who is serious about optimizing their healthspan.

The conference was well-organized and easy to navigate as a vendor, with setup and tear-down being very convenient and smooth. What I liked most about the conference was the number of vendors. The group of vendors was handpicked and curated to provide an intimate experience between vendors and attendees. Attendees were able to take their time at each booth and really engage with each vendor, allowing for networking and real connections to be made. The speakers were also very interesting, relevant, and engaging, adding to the overall experience of this well-focused conference.
