Reclaim Your Vitality with Leila Centner
What if your health could transform more than you ever imagined?
At the Ultimate Wellness™ Conference 2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming Leila Centner, Co-Founder and CEO of Centner Wellness, our Title Sponsor, for her keynote, “RECLAIM YOUR VITALITY: My Personal Journey to Detoxify, Regain Health & Reverse My Biological Age”
As a leader in the wellness and biohacking industry, Leila is helping shape conversations around longevity, human optimization, regenerative medicine, and emerging approaches to well-being.
During her keynote, she shared her personal health transformation, discussed the importance of understanding biological age and cellular health, and walked the audience through laboratory testing and wellness approaches that have influenced her journey.
Her central message was one of hope and personal responsibility: it is never too early to start paying attention to your health, and meaningful changes can begin with simple, conscious choices.

From Health Challenges to a New Perspective on Wellness
Leila opened her presentation with a deeply personal story.
In 2020, following the sale of her company in 2018, she was diagnosed with Lyme disease. What followed was a challenging journey involving chronic fatigue, brain fog, digestive issues, and the discovery of several additional health concerns, including mold exposure, parasites, and complications associated with previous breast implants and dental materials.
She described a period when even everyday activities, such as putting her children to bed, became difficult because of her exhaustion.
This experience fundamentally changed her perspective on wealth and success.
As Leila explained, her true wealth was her health. Despite having access to resources, she realized that no professional achievement could compensate for not having the energy and vitality to enjoy life with her family.
Her journey eventually led her to explore functional medicine, advanced diagnostics, cellular health, and different approaches to supporting the body's natural processes.
She emphasized that her experience should serve as a reminder not to wait until health challenges become overwhelming before taking action.
Environmental Toxins and Their Potential Impact on Health
A significant part of Leila's keynote focused on environmental exposures and their potential effects on human health.
She discussed the growing number of chemicals people encounter through everyday products, household cleaning supplies, food, personal care products, plastics, pesticides, and environmental pollutants.
Leila highlighted several areas where individuals can begin making more conscious choices:
Household products: Review cleaning supplies and personal care products, paying attention to potentially harmful chemical ingredients.
Food quality: Reduce highly processed foods and added sugars, and prioritize fresh, minimally processed ingredients.
Agricultural chemicals: Consider organic produce and learn more about pesticide exposure.
Plastics: Minimize unnecessary contact with plastic food and beverage containers.
Indoor environment: Pay attention to air quality, potential mold exposure, and other environmental factors.
Electromagnetic exposure: Be mindful of unnecessary nighttime device and wireless exposure.
Her broader point was that wellness is influenced not only by what we intentionally do to improve our health, but also by the everyday environments in which we live.
Small changes, consistently implemented, can become part of a more conscious approach to long-term well-being.
Understanding Biological Age: Can We Influence How We Age?

One of the most interesting parts of Leila's presentation was her discussion of biological age testing.
She shared her personal GlycanAge test results, describing how her reported biological age changed from six years older than her chronological age in 2020 to 39, and eventually to 23 in her March 2025 assessment.
For Leila, these results illustrated the potential importance of monitoring biological markers rather than relying exclusively on chronological age.
Biological age assessments examine specific biomarkers associated with aging and physiological processes. Some tests, including glycan-based assessments, evaluate patterns related to immune activity and inflammation.
Leila emphasized that lifestyle, nutrition, environmental exposures, and other factors may influence biological processes over time.
Her experience also opened a broader conversation about fertility and aging. At 49, she shared the exciting news that she was pregnant, attributing her journey to a combination of faith, personal commitment, and the health changes she had made over the preceding years.
Her story offered an encouraging perspective on the importance of individual health assessments rather than making assumptions based on age alone.
Looking Deeper: Toxin Testing and Cellular Health
Leila also presented several laboratory assessments that played an important role in her personal wellness journey.
Among the tests she discussed were:
1. GlycanAge testing
A biological age assessment that examines glycan patterns associated with immune function and inflammation.
2. Vibrant Wellness toxin panels
Leila shared before-and-after results from urine testing, highlighting changes in the levels of certain environmental chemicals and their metabolites following her wellness interventions.
She explained that some of her earlier test results did not appear to reflect the full extent of her environmental exposures. Her experience led her to investigate how individual testing conditions and the body's ability to release and eliminate certain substances can influence measured results.
3. Fatty acid profile testing
One of the most important discoveries in her journey, according to Leila, was understanding her fatty acid profile.
She presented results showing changes in markers associated with cell membrane composition and fatty acid metabolism after introducing a phosphatidylcholine-focused program.
She described this as a turning point in her approach to cellular health.
4. Mitochondrial function testing
Leila also discussed testing related to mitochondrial function.
Mitochondria are essential components of our cells, playing a central role in energy production and numerous metabolic processes. Understanding mitochondrial function can provide another perspective on overall cellular health.
Together, these assessments illustrated her interest in moving beyond symptoms and exploring measurable aspects of underlying physiological function.
Strengthening Before Detoxification: A Different Approach
One of the central themes of Leila's presentation was the distinction between supporting the body's natural elimination processes and aggressively attempting to remove substances from the body.
She described her previous experiences with intensive detoxification and chelation protocols, which she felt had not produced the results she was seeking.
Her subsequent approach placed greater emphasis on cellular health and phosphatidylcholine.
Phosphatidylcholine is a phospholipid naturally present in cell membranes and plays an important role in maintaining their structure and function.
Leila explained that supporting cell membrane health became a priority in her wellness program, alongside monitoring laboratory results and working with practitioners.
She shared several before-and-after laboratory reports, describing changes in measured environmental chemicals, pesticide metabolites, mycotoxins, and certain metals over time.
She also discussed the importance of understanding what laboratory results actually mean. A substance detected in urine, for example, does not necessarily indicate when or how exposure occurred, and changes in test results should be interpreted in the context of the specific test and clinical situation.
Her broader message was to approach detoxification thoughtfully, prioritize individual assessment, and avoid aggressive protocols without appropriate professional guidance.
Advanced Wellness Technologies and Regenerative Approaches
As Co-Founder and CEO of Centner Wellness, Leila also introduced some of the technologies and services available through the organization's facilities.
She highlighted several modalities that have become part of her personal wellness journey and the center's broader approach to integrative health.
EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation)
Leila discussed EBOO, a procedure involving extracorporeal blood circulation and ozone treatment. She shared her experience with the modality and presented it as one of the technologies she has explored as part of her approach to wellness.
Infrared Sauna
She highlighted infrared sauna sessions as another modality she incorporates into her routine, emphasizing the importance of appropriate hydration and electrolyte replenishment.
Stem Cell Therapies
Leila discussed Centner Wellness's regenerative medicine offerings, including approaches involving autologous stem cells and other cellular therapies.
She explained why she considers regenerative medicine an important area of exploration within longevity and wellness.
Red Light and Other Advanced Technologies
The presentation also introduced technologies available at Centner Wellness designed to support different aspects of wellness, recovery, and relaxation.
Brain-Based Wellness Technologies
Another interesting part of the presentation focused on technologies designed to support brain function and relaxation.
Leila shared her experience with a series of sessions and described improvements she noticed in her stress and anxiety assessments, as well as her subjective sense of calm.
These examples reflected the growing interest in combining advanced technologies with more comprehensive approaches to human well-being.
Beyond Technology: Nutrition as the Foundation of Wellness
Leila stressed that advanced wellness technologies should not replace the fundamentals of healthy living.
She emphasized the importance of food quality, reducing highly processed foods, limiting added sugars, and paying attention to the quality of ingredients.
She also introduced Centner Wellness's new café in Wynwood, developed around a philosophy of clean, carefully sourced food.
The café sources ingredients from its own farm and local farms, with an emphasis on high-quality produce and ingredients, and avoids seed oils.
Leila also introduced einkorn, an ancient wheat variety, highlighting its potential role in more traditional approaches to food preparation.
Her message was that what we eat every day matters. Nutrition is not a separate component of wellness; it is one of the foundations upon which other health practices are built.
The Centner Wellness Vision: An Integrated Approach to Longevity

Leila explained how her own search for solutions, which took her to different locations around the world, ultimately inspired her to bring multiple wellness modalities together under one roof.
Today, Centner Wellness brings together advanced wellness modalities, anti-aging therapies, regenerative medicine, and integrative beauty, where science, longevity, and conscious care meet.
Centner Wellness offers a comprehensive range of wellness modalities in state-of-the-art facilities designed to support a holistic approach to well-being.
Leila outlined a general framework for approaching wellness:
Assess: Understand individual needs through appropriate testing and professional evaluation.
Strengthen: Focus on supporting foundational cellular and physiological functions.
Detox: Explore appropriate approaches to environmental exposures and the body's elimination processes.
Recharge and Revitalize: Consider additional wellness and regenerative modalities where appropriate.
She emphasized that a wellness journey does not have to begin with an extensive list of tests or expensive procedures. It can be adapted to individual needs, priorities, and budgets.
The goal is to make informed decisions and build a more comprehensive understanding of one's health.
The Bigger Message: Take an Active Role in Your Health
Toward the end of her keynote, Leila returned to the message that had guided her entire presentation.
Our bodies are remarkable biological systems, and supporting their health requires attention, consistency, and a willingness to make conscious choices.
She encouraged the audience to become more proactive about their health, learn to understand their laboratory results, question everyday environmental exposures, and work with qualified professionals to make informed decisions.
Her story also served as a reminder that wellness is not exclusively about expensive technologies or sophisticated testing. Spending time outdoors, moving the body, eating nourishing food, and making thoughtful everyday choices are accessible starting points.
You don't have to wait until something goes wrong to start investing in your health.
